- You will be joining FinGig.Pro, a Fractional CXO network for Financial Services Experts with senior management experience. In this role, you will be a vital part of a Micro lending startup project, where your expertise in Finance & Accounting will be utilized to establish a robust financial structure for the organization. The startup has recently acquired an NBFC, necessitating the implementation of all related reporting and regulatory requirements. This part-time, on-site position is based in Gurugram and requires a Finance Accounting Consultant to spearhead the development of frameworks, policies, processes, and tools essential for managing the Finance & Accounting function. Your responsibilities will encompass financial planning, data analysis, financial statement preparation, financial and regulatory reporting, and more. Additionally, you will be accountable for generating financial reports, presenting performance insights to founders, assisting in financial strategy development, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Financial Planning, Accounting, and Finance, coupled with analytical capabilities for data analysis and interpretation. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are crucial. An added advantage would be holding a relevant certification in finance or accounting and showcasing proven experience in a similar role or industry. Location: Gurugram (Onsite) Duration: 3 months,
