Role & responsibilities
1. Leads database creation for calling and email & WhatsApp campaign
2. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
3. Understand customer needs and requirements on High level and should qualify the lead
4. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales managers for further development and closure
5. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
6. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned region
7. Team with channel partners to create channel partner network for lead referrals
8. Achieving targets every month
Preferred candidate profile
1. Excellent communication in Hindi & English
2. Proven inside sales experience
3. Strong phone presence and experience doing cold calling for ERP sales.
4. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
5. Experience working with CRM to update leads on regular basis
6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
7. Strong listening and presentation skills
8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
