We are Hiring on roll - Executive for Warehouse operations-Fulfillment center Grocery Flipkart

Overview of the Role

1. Responsible for the operations metrics of the fulfillment center
2. Roster management according to the changing demand

3.Fullfillment -inbound, outbound, Inventory, Planning & returns process.

4.Team Handling (Off roll )

Would be responsible for owning and delivering a set of task and activities related to FC function He/She play the role of operations executive of that function
Would be responsible for Inbound & outbound process of the material in Fulfillment Center
Should aware of Six sigma,5S & Lean management
Financial Maintain material Sanity
Daily reconciliations of bulk and tables of tasks assigned
Non - Financial Manage a team size equivalent to a single shift of the function assigned
Ensure adherence of SOP for processes assigned
Ensure delivery related to tasks/processes assigned

Qualification: Minimum Graduation is mandatory

Mandatory documents: Last 3 months payslips,All educational documents, offer letter & previous employer experience letter.

Experience:3 to 5 years in Warehouse operations
Work Location :Mumbai - Bhiwandi

Skill:Inbound,outbound,warehouse operations,warehouse management,DC, Fullfillment center.

Preferred from: E-commerce, Logistics,

Supply chain, Cold chain.

1. Good communication skills
2. Flexibility to work across shifts
3. Ability to work under pressure
