Microsoft Endpoint Management
- Microsoft Intune (Required)
- Hands-on experience with Intune administration
- Device enrollment strategies (Autopilot, bulk enrollment, BYOD)
- Application deployment and management (Win32, MSI, Store apps)
- Configuration profiles and compliance policies
- Conditional Access integration with Azure AD
- Windows Update for Business management
- Endpoint security policies and BitLocker management
- Intune Suite features (Endpoint Privilege Management, Cloud PKI)
- PowerShell scripting for Intune automation
- Graph API integration for reporting and automation
- System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) (Required)
- Enterprise SCCM experience
- Site hierarchy design and management
- Operating system deployment (OSD) and task sequences
- Software distribution and patch management
- Asset inventory and hardware/software reporting
- Compliance settings and configuration baselines
- Integration with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
- PowerShell and WMI scripting for SCCM
- Co-management setup between SCCM and Intune
- Migration strategies from SCCM to cloud-based management
Apple Device Management
- Jamf Pro
- Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and Volume Purchase Program (VPP)
- macOS and iOS device provisioning and configuration
- Policy creation and smart group management
- Application deployment (App Store, PKG, DMG)
- Security and compliance policy enforcement

- Jamf Connect for identity integration
- Certificate management and profiles
