Job Description
Responsibilities: (Candidate with 8+ years experience)
1.Collaborate on developingQEstrategies and tailored plans for migrating individualapplications, considering factors like dependencies, performance, and compliance.
2.Work closely with the Pipeline team to establishQEprocesses within application-specific CICD pipelines for both on-premises and cloud deployments.
3.Conduct comprehensiveQEtesting, including functional, integration, and performance testing, to validate the effectiveness of migratedapplications.
4.DocumentQEprocesses, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
5.Provide guidance and support to team members throughout themigrationprocess, assisting in troubleshooting and resolvingQE-related issues.
6. Gatling framework knowledge is a must
Qualifications:
1.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
2.Extensive experience in writing, executing test plans for End-to-End testing and Integration Testing.
3.Extensive experience in writing, executing functional tests/regression tests using Java, Cucumber.
4.Expertise in writing, executing performance testing using Jmeter or any similar tools.
5.Knowledge ofAWScloud services and infrastructure is a plus.
6.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to application quality and performance.
7.AWScertifications likeAWSCertified Developer orAWSCertified DevOps Engineer are advantageous.
- Experience in designing and executing distributed load tests with Gatling using Docker and AWS.
- Analyze test results and provide insights for performance improvements.
- Good to have Implement and manage containerized environments to support application deployment and scaling.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate containerization into CI/CD pipelines.
