iScala Techno-Functional consultant @ Jade Global

Job Description

To provide both technical and functional expertise in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the iScala ERP system. The role bridges business requirements with system capabilities and ensures optimal utilization of ERP functionalities across departments.

• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure and customize iScala modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, etc.) to align with business needs.
• Provide functional support to end-users, resolving issues and offering solutions.
• Document business processes and develop user manuals and SOPs.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and ERP upgrades.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and interfaces in iScala.
• Manage data migration, system integration, and script development.
• Coordinate with vendors or internal developers for technical enhancements.
• Support system administration tasks, including patch management and backups.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of the iScala environment.

• Act as a key member in ERP implementation, roll-out, or upgrade projects.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and compliance.
