Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive business planning, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
Cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Tech, HR & Finance.
MIS and dashboard management with insights for leadership.
Ensure SOP adherence and process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors in Engineering + MBA
Experience in business ops, backend or project coordination
Excel, PowerPoint & Google Suite expertise
Clear communication + strong analytical mindset
Organized, deadline-driven, and solution-focused
