Job Description

Were looking for a storyteller with a lenssomeone who can capture the soul of our hotels, the joy of travel, and the warmth of hospitality through stunning photos and engaging videos. If you can make a hotel lobby look cinematic, turn a guest experience into a compelling short film, and
have a keen eye for lighting, composition, and aesthetics, we want you on board
Youll be on the ground and behind the scenes, traveling to our hotels, shooting high-quality visuals, editing for social and digital platforms, and bringing our brands to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography:
Capture high-quality images of properties, interiors, rooms, restaurants, amenities, and guest experiences.
Create stylized brand shoots for marketing campaigns, social media, and
advertisements.
Edit and retouch photos while ensuring consistency in color, tone, and composition.
 
Videography:
 
Film and edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and longer brand videos (property walkthroughs, testimonials, behind-the-scenes).
Storyboard, shoot, and edit snackable social content that is engaging and
thumb-stopping.
Create dynamic travel content showcasing the guest experience at our hotels.
Work on motion graphics, transitions, and animations to elevate video storytelling.
 
Branding Strategy:
Maintain brand consistency across all visuals while adapting for different platforms.
Stay updated with trends in travel photography, social media aesthetics, and video storytelling to keep our content fresh.
Collaborate with the Brand, Social Media, and Content teams to execute creative campaigns.

What are we looking for:

  • Photography Videography Skills You can shoot, edit, and bring moments to life through visuals.
  • Master of Aesthetics You understand lighting, composition, angles, and editing.
  • Editing Proficiency Expertise in Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Creative Thinker You can conceptualize and execute scroll-stopping content.
  • Social Media Savvy You understand what works on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Time Management You can handle multiple shoots, edits, and deadlines.
  • Passion for Travel Hospitality You get excited about hotels, travel experiences, and storytelling.
