Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Receiving Patients Demography, Charge sheet, Payment Posting files, Cheques via scan from US or through lockbox (Banks site)
• Key in the data received into the specific Client system (software
• Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs
• Work cohesively in a team setting. Assist team members to achieve shared goals
• Compliance with Medusinds Information Security Policy, client/project guidelines, business rules and training provided, companys quality system and policie
• Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner
• Keep self-up to date on latest developments in the domain with respect to products and services offered in medical field

• Any Graduate with relevant experience in Payment posting
• Immediate joiner or max 15 days' Notice period candidate can apply
• Shift timing 8 AM to 5 PM & 8 PM to 5 AM
• Job location - Andheri east Midc
