Job Description
ServiceNow RPA Developer1Key Responsibilities:
- Bot Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA bots using ServiceNow''s RPA Desktop Studio.
- Process Analysis: Work with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Integration: Integrate RPA bots with various applications and systems to streamline workflows.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of RPA solutions, including process maps, technical designs, and user guides.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed RPA solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams based out of India and US, including IT, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful RPA projects.
- Feedback & Improvement: Collaborate with other RPA developers across the organization to gather feedback and work towards addressing them to maximize the benefits of ServiceNow RPA offerings.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 4-6 years of working experience in Technology Consulting, Software Support, or a related field
- 3+ years of working experience with designing and developing RPA bots using ServiceNow RPA hub
- Exposure to SAP and Web applications
- Hands-on with at least one of the coding languages - C#, Java and .net VB
- Familiarity with programming (including scripting /coding using JavaScript), SQL and relational databases
- Develop detail As-Is Process Description - PDD (Process Description Document), Detail To Be Automated Process Description - SDD (Solution Design Document)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering RPA projects from inception to deployment
- Strong understanding of RPA principles and best practices
- Work with business and technology teams and assess automation solution feasibility
- Experience with developing and maintain applications on ServiceNow Platform using tools like flow designer, app engine studio, etc will be a big plus
- Knowledge of Python, ML, tools/techniques will be preferred
