Job Description

The role involves supervising dispensing, manufacturing, and packing activities while ensuring compliance with SOPs, documentation, and quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing and verifying raw material requisitions, trial batches, and master formula records, as well as reviewing process instructions and monitoring output for timely rectification of issues. The individual must have sound knowledge of APIs, excipients, and formulation chemistry. Duties also cover calibration, preventive maintenance coordination, operator supervision, and training of production staff. Additional tasks include implementing GMP practices, ensuring IPQA involvement during in-process checks, and maintaining accurate records to achieve consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.
