Job Specification: -
Virtual Account Manager is responsible to manage approx. 500 restaurants
Payment issues
Weekly payout
Convincing for selling ads
Convincing restaurants to apply discounts
Convincing restaurants for combos
Reducing cancellation percentage for high cancellation percentage restaurants etc.
Experience Fresher/ Exp - 6M-1Y (Any Contact Centre Sales Experience)
Eligibility- Graduate/Undergraduate
Excellent Communication Skills Required
