Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing and revenue cycle management.
Authorize and process payments received from patients or insurance companies in a timely manner.
Identify and address denials by investigating the reason for denial, resubmitting claims as needed, and following up with customers for payment.
Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, coding, and clinical staff to resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
