Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing and revenue cycle management.
  
• Authorize and process payments received from patients or insurance companies in a timely manner.
  
• Identify and address denials by investigating the reason for denial, resubmitting claims as needed, and following up with customers for payment.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, coding, and clinical staff to resolve billing discrepancies.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
