As a Process Developer for Order to Cash, your role will involve deep understanding and proficient execution of day-to-day operations while adhering to service level agreements. You will be responsible for resolving queries related to cash application and effectively coordinating with customers to ensure smooth processes. Your responsibilities will include making collection calls to customers, sending invoices via email/fax or physical mail based on customer preferences, identifying and resolving unidentified cash transactions, managing the end-to-end cash application process, reconciling orders with customer records, and facilitating resolutions for customer/internal disputes and inquiries by collaborating with various departments.
