    • Visitor Management: Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department, issue visitor badges, and monitor access.   
    • Office Operations: Maintain a tidy reception area, manage office supplies, coordinate meeting room bookings, and arrange catering for events.   
    • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and managing the office mail system.
