Role Overview

We are looking for an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management and EDI Integration to join our support and enhancement projects. The consultant will be responsible for handling day-to-day support activities, resolving integration issues, and delivering enhancements in Oracle EBS, with significant exposure to custom packages, APEX applications, and trading partner setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and enhancements in Oracle EBS (Order Management and EDI Integration).
• Work extensively with custom PL/SQL packages for integrating data across systems.
• Handle order stuck issues and ensure smooth order processing flows.
• Perform APEX development tasks, including building forms and custom applications within EBS.
• Set up and manage trading partner integrations.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams for requirement analysis and issue resolution.
• Participate in knowledge transition (1 week KT planned) and ensure seamless continuity of services.
• Maintain high quality of deliverables with focus on process stability and business continuity.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle EBS (Order Management & EDI Integration).
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database 10.2, PL/SQL, Custom Packages, and Interfaces.
• Proven expertise in APEX development (applications and forms within EBS).
• Solid understanding of order management flows, EDI integrations, and error resolution (order stuck issues).
• Experience in support projects with enhancements.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
