Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer @ Consulting Firm

Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Technical Consultant with experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, focusing on process optimization, solution configuration, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Configure D365 CE modules to meet business goals.
Design workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.
Support testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements using the Power Platform.
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, especially Customer Service modules.
Working knowledge of Power Platform tools Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with business process mapping and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate.
Industry experience in sectors like energy, utilities is a plus.
