high-frequency, everyday plans, Scenes surfaces trending events through social media insights
and influencer content, making it easy to find what s buzzing in your city.

About the Role:
We re setting up a Smart Sales Team to accelerate partner onboarding for Swiggy Scenes. This
team will work from our Bangalore office and engage with partners virtually (via phone,
WhatsApp, email) to close sign-ups, share onboarding materials, and ensure listings go live
smoothly. The team will be expected to do in-person meetings as well, at least once a week.
This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role focused on inside sales and remote onboarding.

Responsibilities:
Call potential partners (restaurants and event organisers) from the lead database and
pitch self-serve features, the onboarding flow, relevant SOPs, etc.
Have once-a-week in-person meetings with the partners to strengthen the relationship.
Share onboarding forms, guide partners through the documentation, and train them on
the end-to-end process of making leads live on the platform. Ensure partner retention
through consistent communication.
Track lead funnel progress using internal dashboards or Google Sheets-based trackers,
and take action on pending items.
Collaborate with internal teams (catalogue, configuration, business, etc.) to ensure go-live
timelines are met.
Follow up regularly with inactive, dormant, and cold leads to drive conversions and
retention.
Share daily/weekly reports and insights to improve sales operations.
Create and manage repositories of partners with all the relevant details, content, etc.

Requirements:
0 to 2 years of experience in telesales, sales, or onboarding roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong execution focus and comfort with follow-ups and nudges
Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email, and basic CRM tools
Strong ownership mindset; ability to work independently while tracking against targets
Bangalore-based candidates only (this is not a remote/WFH role)
