Job Description

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to achieve project goals and deliverables.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Provide technical leadership and oversight to teams while staying hands-on. Work across multiple teams to identify problems which can be solved for increased efficiency.
Coach and mentor senior engineers to help with their learning and career growth.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
