Job Description
- Should be capable to handle plc base fully automatic extruder line like Krauss Meffei & Davis standard or equivalent European machinery like Battlefield Cincinnati, Weber, IFC, etc.
- Shall responsible for smooth production of pvc and hdpe extruder line with down stream,
- Person should capable to handle production of Pvc- Hdpe pipe line form 20 mm to 450 mm with process parameters, die gape adjustment. Etc...
- Person should have knowledge about different resins like pvc, hdpe , stabilizer and formulation as per end product.
- Person should have knowledge about different Test and Lab testing equipment as per iso standard ,
- Shall responsible for quality control of pipe, all product dimensional stability should be In tolerance as per standard
- Person should have basic knowledge about repairing and maintenance (electric & mechanical trouble shooting)
- Work with team members, shift supervisors and all necessary personnel to take care of complications as they arise.
- Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions, and take care of them as they come up.
Required Candidate profile
Diploma/Degree in plastic Engineering or CIPET from well-known institute
Age Range:- 30 to 40 years old
