Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Daily staffing planning and management of SLA's & KPI's
  • Ensure smooth delivery of operations
  • Develop relationships with client stakeholders
  • Manage People Issues & Escalations
  • Management & review of performance. Drive performance through scorecards
  • Drive process improvements and ideation
  • Manage quality, controls, risk & compliance aspect for the deal
  • Plan & coordinate requirements of scheduling, training, recruitment, Capacity & Seat Utilization etc
  • Manage short-term and long-term Projects
  • Deliver Transitions smoothly
  • Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders on process and metric related issues
  • Ensure data management governance is followed
  • Generation of MI, analysis and improvement plans

Supervision:

  • Ensure operational and people deliverables are met
  • Handle the queries/issues/escalations
  • Ensure stakeholders are managed.
  • Respond/resolve the issues as per agreed timelines
  • Ensuring adhere to the escalation matrix and follow up procedures
  • Client Data Protection
  • Multi-Tasking.
  • Reporting.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of reports
  • Ensure reporting governance is adhered to
  • Team Management
  • Participate and Provide inputs for the Goal setting exercise.
  • Plan and Monitor development plans for the teams/spans
  • Ensure timeliness of the performance achievement & talent discussions
  • Motivation of the team members to achieve top quartile performance
Note-Candidates should be fine working in US (Night) Shifts

Required Candidate profile

Experience


1+ years of experience of working an Life Insurance onboarding, enrollment, maintenance & off-boarding, billing & remittance process (Desirable)

5+ years of experience of working in a Life / Disability Insurance Process (Essential)

Client & Stakeholder Management (Essential)

People Management (Essential)

Resolution & Conflict Management (Essential)

Transition & Project Management (Essential)

AWACS, Retention & Engagement (Essential)
