Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy COBOL programs for VSAM datasets on IBM mainframes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions using CICS transactions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to program execution, data processing, and system performance.
• Develop technical documentation for developed codebase.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in COBOL programming language with expertise in VSAM dataset management.
• Strong understanding of CICS (Customer Information Control System) concepts and its integration with other systems.
• Proficiency in developing complex programs using Cobol programming language.
