We're Hiring: International Non Voice Process (Email and Chat Support)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift: US Rotational
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Offs: 2 Rotational
Salary: 30,000 ctc


Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduation / UG
Experience: Minimum 6 months inInternational / domestic email & Chat Support
Communication:Excellent verbal & written English


Role Overview:
As customer Support Associate, you'll provide accurate and timely assistance to customers via chat and Email addressing queries related to services and ensuring a smooth and professional experience.


Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer queries through email and chat.
Deliver accurate information while maintaining a courteous tone.
Ensure quick and efficient query resolution for customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain service quality standards.
