Position: Marketing Manager
Experience Required: 3 to 8yrs
Salary: 10LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer
• engagement.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients (B2B marketing).
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the production & design teams.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Handle product promotions, client meetings, and trade exhibitions.
• Create and maintain regular sales and marketing reports.
• Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 35 years of relevant experience in the packaging, printing, or manufacturing
• industry.
• * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with leadership qualities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
