- Are you passionate about designing innovative tech products Join our team as a Product/Industrial Designer specialized in Structures for Robotics & IoT Devices. In this role, you will be responsible for developing structural designs for various products such as robotic cars, IoT modules, smart home devices, liquid dispensers, and more. You will work with materials like MDF, acrylic, and other similar materials to create cutting-edge designs. As a Product/Industrial Designer, your main responsibilities will include designing mechanical structures and enclosures for robotic and IoT-based products. You will utilize tools like CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or similar software to develop laser-cut design files. Collaboration with electronics and software teams is essential to ensure the feasibility of the designs. Additionally, you will create products using materials like MDF, acrylic, etc., and optimize the designs for assembly, strength, and aesthetics. Adherence to BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) norms is also crucial where applicable. The ideal candidate for this position should have proficiency in CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or other design software. Knowledge of product design principles for functional prototypes, creativity, and attention to detail are essential. A basic understanding of IoT and robotics would be considered a plus. Eligibility for this role includes students or recent graduates in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields. Candidates with a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work will be preferred.
