Job Description
- As an IoT Security Specialist at DesignNex, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the IoT security policy based on the latest framework and updates. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all IoT implementations comply with the established security policy, covering various layers such as device hardware, firmware, connectivity, mobile and web applications, cloud, and supply chain. You will collaborate with DesignNex IT to define and implement the IoT Security Policy, working closely with development teams and partners to address security observations effectively. Your role will involve publishing white papers and blogs, as well as presenting technical topics and IoT Security trends to both the team and management. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, with a preference for a Master's degree from reputable institutes. With at least 4 years of experience in security, including 2 years in IoT security, and familiarity with AWS, you should have a solid understanding of the IoTSF Foundation IoT Security Compliance Framework and IoT implementation architecture. The ideal candidate will possess a positive and proactive attitude, a drive for high performance standards, and an innovative mindset to keep abreast of the latest technologies and trends. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effective interactions with various stakeholders, including technology team members, partners, and customers. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is on a day shift from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required.
