Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Store Associate to join our apparel retail team. The Store Associate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain store appearance, manage inventory, and support sales goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service: Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, handle returns/exchanges, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
2. Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, trends, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
4. Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Team Collaboration: Support colleagues, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive team environment.
6. Loss Prevention: Follow store policies to prevent loss and ensure security.
Requirements1. Experience: Prior retail experience preferred
2. Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
3. Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
