Department: Technical


Note: Candidate should have Bike/Scooty.


Responsibilities:

• Handle service operations of multi-functional devices pertaining to copiers, currency machines, fitness sorters, laminators, shredders
• Demonstration, installation, maintenance, repairing and key operating training of MFDs to customers
• Provide technical support to customers
• Handle Customer Complaints
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Generate service revenue through service contracts
• Maintain and establish current and potential client relationships

Qualifications:

• Experience candidates with - B.E. / B. Tech / I.T.I / Diploma in Electronics & Communication 
• Fresher candidates can be considered but only diploma holders not B.E/B.TECH

Good Interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate technical issues / concerns
Ability to sense the Industry practices
Self motivated
