Job Description

    The Customer Success Services (CSS) is a unit within Oracle's Customer Service Organization that facilitates long-term advanced support relationships with many of Oracle's largest customers. Global Expertise Center Engineers (GEC) provide support in the continuous operational enhancement of Oracle environments, leveraging Oracle's support-based intellectual property and customer experiences. The primary goal is to help customers derive more value from their Oracle Solutions through well-informed decisions regarding implementation, management, and usage of Oracle technologies. You will be responsible for: - Having a B.E./B.Tech. degree with 3 to 12 months of relevant experience. - Demonstrating strong communication, customer management, customer engagement, and project management skills. - Possessing technical aptitude with a basic understanding of application, middleware, hardware, and/or Cloud technologies, including concepts like Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Machine Learning, DevOps, Security, and Oracle Cloud infrastructure. - Fluency in English. - Problem-solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying Oracle policies and procedures. - Demonstrating time management skills. - Being goal-oriented and capable of both individual and team accomplishments. - Communicating using technical concepts and having working knowledge of Oracle products (a plus but not necessary). - Maintaining a professional demeanor. - Being available for scheduled out-of-hours operations when required.
