Job Description
- Finalisation of Balance Sheet and preparation of P&L statements as per statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Oversee internal audits, statutory audits, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Manage taxation (Direct & Indirect), compliance, and regulatory filings.
- Drive cost optimization strategies and financial controls.
- Prepare and present financial reports and MIS to senior management for decision-making.
- Ensure ERP system integrity and streamline finance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and business heads for financial planning and control.
- Handle banking operations, working capital management, and credit control.
- 10+ years of core finance experience, preferably in the Chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and compliance.
- Proficient in Balance Sheet Finalisation and financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
