As a duty doctor at Dhyan Health Care in Kovilpatti & Kalugumalai, you will be a crucial member of our team, dedicated to providing high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating patients, conducting regular check-ups, prescribing medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Your commitment to patient care, adherence to medical standards, and continuous learning will be essential in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnosing and treating patients with various medical conditions. - Conducting regular patient check-ups and monitoring their progress. - Prescribing medications and administering treatments as needed. - Assisting in emergency medical situations and providing first aid. - Maintaining accurate medical records and updating patient histories. - Collaborating with specialists and referring patients for advanced care. - Providing health education and counseling to patients. - Ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and medical ethics. - Supervising and guiding junior medical staff and nurses. - Participating in hospital meetings and training programs. - Staying updated with the latest medical advancements and guidelines. - Maintaining a clean and safe healthcare environment. - Performing any additional duties assigned by hospital management.
