Job Description

As a Tendering Executive at our company located in Marol Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in managing bids and proposals on GeM and IREPS portals. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities, preparing bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submissions. You will be expected to identify and evaluate tenders on GeM & IREPS portals, prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and online submissions. Collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to gather bid inputs, review technical/commercial terms, and ensure proposal compliance will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining tender records, tracking bid statuses, creating comparison sheets, and providing timely updates to management. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors's degree in Business Management or a related field and possess 2-5 years of experience in tendering, specifically on GeM & IREPS portals. Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills are crucial. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and knowledge of CRM or bid software will be an added advantage. Being Mumbai-based and able to commute to Marol Naka is a must.
