AM/Deputy Manager
We are looking for an experienced AM/Deputy Manager to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in PHP , MySQL , and MSSQL , along with excellent leadership and project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of PHP developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using PHP and related technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for MySQL and MSSQL databases.
- Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and databases.
- Plan and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in PHP development, databases, and team management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in PHP development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role .
- Expertise in MySQL and MSSQL , including database design and query optimization.
- Strong knowledge of CodeIgniter PHP frameworks .
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent understanding of OOP , MVC architecture , and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git .
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML , CSS , and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud .
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Strong understanding of application security and performance optimization.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field (or equivalent experience).
