Job Description

The Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Curate new ideas and concepts, and develop interactive design. Work closely with the internal teams to deliver engaging and consistent content for emails, affiliates, re-targeting, social media and display advertising channels.
Reviewing juniors' designer drafts to ensure quality.
Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery Increase user friendliness in all the offerings. Conduct time to time designing workshop sessions for the team. Create designs that respond beautifully to all devices whilst demonstrating a user-centric approach.
Ensure all digital creative & front-end content produced is on brand, accessible, useable & meets best practice standards.
Become a key player in the strategic development of innovative digital projects and campaigns.
Conduct continual analysis on key market trends.

Required Candidate profile

Desired Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in the graphic industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to research and resolve issues.
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
Corel Draw and Adobe Flash is added advantage.

Education Masters or Specialized Course in Design will be preferable

Experience

Demonstrable graphic designing skills, with a strong portfolio of 5 - 8 years of experience
