Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Admin Transport/ Executive to manage and oversee transport operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee BPO transport operations with thorough knowledge of day-to-day activities.
  • Prepare and maintain transport-related MIS, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Utilize and manage transport app-based operations effectively to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of operational reports within defined TAT.
  • Plan and schedule cab rosters, routes, and deployment to optimize transport efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong vendor management skills and coordinate effectively to ensure seamless transport operations with zero downtime.
  • Process transport invoices post-approval, validating MIS data, and identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Be flexible to work night shifts and weekends as per the rotation schedule.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts with keen attention to detail.
  • Manage daily checklists, MIS reporting (basic Excel), and helpdesk operations.
  • Handle client interactions, shift scheduling, and asset tracking.
  • Oversee facility inspection, housekeeping coordination, and security staff supervision.
  • Manage pantry, front desk, vendor follow-ups, office cleanliness, and waste disposal.
  • Support facility maintenance including electrical checks, HVAC basics, preventive maintenance, and technical support.
  • Monitor building operations like fire alarm systems and lift operations.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
