Job Description

Role DA PRACT - ETL Data Test Lead Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and processes for ETL and data warehouse projects.
  • Provide the Test estimation for different data architecture involving the heterogeneous data sources.
  • Analyze ETL Testing automation tools both the commercial and open-source tools based on the data testing requirement for customers.
  • Design, develop and review the test cases, test scripts, and test data based on ETL requirements and data mappings.
  • Execute ETL tests, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Identify, analyze, and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.
  • Validate data transformations, data loading, and data extraction processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform data profiling and data quality assessments to identify and address data issues.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for ETL testing.
  • Utilize ETL testing tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage) to streamline testing processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ETL testing and data validation tools.
  • Generate and present test status reports, defect reports, and test summary reports to stakeholders. The Role Offers
