Job Description

Hiring: IT Service Desk / Tech Support (1-2 Years Experience) | 4 LPA

• Location: Bangalore
• Shift: Flexible
• Work Days: 5 Days/Week
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
• Note: No Freshers

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Service Desk/Tech Support (Remote support for laptops, desktops, LAN, apps, small form devices)
• Troubleshooting experience with iOS, Android, and Windows devices
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows OS (XP10)
• Browsers, MS Office, O365, Outlook (hidden_mobile9), Skype, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Hands-on experience with:
• Registry fixes
• Patch upgrades
• Virus troubleshooting
• Encryption and security
• Experience with VPN, TCP/IP, OSI model, and network device troubleshooting
• ICT Service Desk experience preferred
