Job Description

Hiring: IT Service Desk / Tech Support (1-2 Years Experience) | 4 LPA

Location: Bangalore
Shift: Flexible
Work Days: 5 Days/Week
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Note: No Freshers

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in Service Desk/Tech Support (Remote support for laptops, desktops, LAN, apps, small form devices)
Troubleshooting experience with iOS, Android, and Windows devices
Strong knowledge of:
Windows OS (XP10)
Browsers, MS Office, O365, Outlook (hidden_mobile9), Skype, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
Hands-on experience with:
Registry fixes
Patch upgrades
Virus troubleshooting
Encryption and security
Experience with VPN, TCP/IP, OSI model, and network device troubleshooting
ICT Service Desk experience preferred
