Job Description

The role requires 4-8 years of experience and will be based in Pune, MH, India. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in BE Electronics, E&TC, MSC Electronics, MCA, or Computer Engineering. As a software tester, your primary goal will be to ensure the quality of the software through various testing processes. Your responsibilities will include developing QA processes and procedures, overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, establishing metrics, and ensuring industry best practices are followed. You will be the key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, coordinating resources internally and externally, leading and mentoring team members, and managing contract testers. Additionally, you will develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures, both manual and automated, while ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of the testing process. Essential skills for this role include strong communication skills, system level testing, experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, knowledge of the software development life cycle, and hands-on experience with various types of testing including functional, integration, regression, mobile, UI/UX, manual, black box, performance, and usability standards. You will also be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for each project engagement.,
