Job Description
- Own and manage end-to-end implementation projects, from kickoff through to go-live and post-deployment stabilization
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, solution architects, developers, and testers
- Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk registers
- Manage client expectations, serve as the primary escalation point, and build strong client relationships
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and status meetings with stakeholders
- Oversee requirements validation, solution design, and configuration activities
- Track project progress, deliverables, milestones, and financial metrics
- Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, standards, and best practices
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution
- Support training and change management activities to ensure successful client adoption
- Provide leadership and mentoring to implementation team members
- Work closely with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handoff and long-term customer success
