Technical Project Manager @ Freyr

Job Description

1. Own and manage end-to-end implementation projects, from kickoff through to go-live and post-deployment stabilization
2. Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, solution architects, developers, and testers
3. Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk registers
4. Manage client expectations, serve as the primary escalation point, and build strong client relationships
5. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and status meetings with stakeholders
6. Oversee requirements validation, solution design, and configuration activities
7. Track project progress, deliverables, milestones, and financial metrics
8. Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, standards, and best practices
9. Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution
10. Support training and change management activities to ensure successful client adoption
11. Provide leadership and mentoring to implementation team members
12. Work closely with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handoff and long-term customer success
