Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.Experience with Desktop Laptop Troubleshooting as well as Hardware and software issues, and OS installation.

2. Basic Networking, OSI Model, LAN, WAN, network cabling, Physical Cable tracing.

3. VLAN and basic networking knowledge, IP Address, CCTV Camera installation, and configuration.

4. Understanding Windows OS, AD, DNS, DHCP, Domain Environment, WorkGroup environment, and Physical hardware troubleshooting.
