Job Summary
Nyusoft Solutions LLP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Freelance Upwork Bidder with 1-2 years of experience. This full-time freelance role is remote-based and focuses on generating business from a variety of online platformsincluding Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (IST)

Key Responsibilities
Research and target high-potential job postings across Upwork and similar platforms.
Craft personalized, compelling proposals tailored to client requirementswith no generic or AI- generated cover letters.
Collaborate with technical leads to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible for mobile app and software development projects.
Maintain strong client rapport through ongoing messaging, inquiry responses, and timely follow- ups.
Track and report bidding metrics such as proposal submissions, view rates, client responses, and conversions weekly.
Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, client expectations, and competitor activity to
consistently improve bidding strategy.
Contribute to developing effective sales and bidding strategies to meet organizational goals.

Requirements
Proven experience (1-2 years) bidding on Upwork
Exceptional written English skills grammatically precise, persuasive, and clear.
Proficiency in writing technical proposals with understanding of mobile app and technical
development concepts.
Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple bids effectively.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Use of AI tools is acceptable only when used to assistnot replaceproposal customization.
