We are seeking an experienced Freelance Upwork Bidder to join our dynamic business development team. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for individuals who have a proven track record of winning projects on Upwork, especially in the domains of Mobile Applications, React Native, Laravel, and MERN Stack technologies.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic approach to winning new business through the Upwork
platform.
Stay informed about the latest Upwork trends, updates, and best practices to maintain a
competitive edge.
Write customized and high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
Submit timely, complete, and competitive bids to both existing and potential clients.
Analyze and optimize bidding strategy based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Track outcomes, generate reports on bidding performance, and suggest improvements.
Participate in progress discussions and continuous learning initiatives on Sundays.Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-4 years of proven experience in bidding and acquiring projects on Upwork.
Demonstrated success in winning projects related to Mobile Applications, React Native,
Laravel, MERN Stack, and similar technologies.
Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Ability to meet and exceed project acquisition targets consistently.
