Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (WFO)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Non-Technical Recruiter to join the HR team and focus on non-tech hiring for Highradius. This individual will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring high-caliber candidates who will thrive in our fast-paced and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Screening:
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-tech positions.
    • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
    • Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates suitability for specific sales roles.
  2. Client Interaction & Coordination:
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their sales hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
    • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to create a positive recruitment experience for all candidates.
  3. Candidate Engagement:
    • Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process by regularly updating candidates and interviewers.
    • Provide an excellent candidate experience by effectively managing expectations and addressing any concerns.
  4. Offer Management & Onboarding Support:
    • Assist in managing offers, negotiations, and finalizing candidate selection.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure timely and efficient transition into the organization.
  5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports for tracking purposes.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
  6. Market Research & Industry Insights:
    • Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices, particularly for B2B sales talent.
    • Keep track of competitor hiring strategies and talent movement in the market.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruiting for B2B sales roles, with a strong understanding of sales hiring processes.
    • Experience working with high-growth companies and managing high-volume hiring requirements is a plus.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership effectively.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and MS Office Suite.
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially when faced with difficult hiring challenges.
  • Cultural Fit & Teamwork:
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Strong sense of ownership and accountability in achieving recruitment goals.
