Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of services.
Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and security policies.
Implement and maintain compliance and data protection policies across the M365 ecosystem.
Collaborate with IT teams to support integration and automation initiatives.
Provide technical support and resolve incidents during rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Stay updated with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
