We are currently seeking applications for the position of Manager, Procurement. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, bidding, and negotiations within the procurement domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling all activities related to the Procurement domain - Managing Tactical Buy Requests, including developing and recommending specifications, running RF for the supply base, analyzing responses, and conducting negotiations - Managing Spot Buy Requests, soliciting supplier bids, negotiating final bids, and submitting them for approval - Completing all pre-contract sourcing solution activities - Driving contractual and realized savings for clients as per the engagement commercials - Understanding and achieving category deliverables, savings commitments, achievements, and obligations, and establishing a project plan to meet each - Developing client category strategy, baseline, and market intelligence documents, and implementing the category management approach per the 5-step sourcing process - Managing E-Sourcing activities, such as e-RF events, creating templates, conducting supplier trainings, running events, and sharing analysis Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or a related field - Relevant work experience Preferred qualifications: - Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of concepts - Data Visualization skills - E-sourcing experience on Ariba or relevant tools - Basic Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Concepts - Exposure to interaction with Global Suppliers If you possess the qualifications and skills mentioned above and are excited about the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for the Manager, Procurement role at Genpact.
