Training Fee: 50,000 (Fully Refundable as per policy)

Graduate with 50% or above (final-year/result awaited eligible)

Freshers & postgraduates (MBA, BE, B.Tech) welcome

Age: Below 25 years at batch commencement

Experience: 0-5 years in sales (banking/non-banking)

Strong communication and client engagement skills

No prior association with the bank/group or third-party vendors

No immediate family members employed with the bank
-
Engage Wealth/Privy customers through outbound calls
-
Promote & cross-sell banking products cards, deposits, loans, etc.

Achieve defined sales, service, and quality targets
-
Deliver high-quality customer support and issue resolution
-
Maintain compliance, process, and security standards
-
100% office-based (no fieldwork)
-
25,000 refunded after 1 year of continuous service
-
25,000 refunded after 2 years of continuous service
-
5-day work week
-
Sunday fixed off + 1 rotational off

Office-based work no travel
