Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Lead who will be responsible for leading a team focused on Sales. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and motivate a team, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Team Leader
Experience of involvement in driving the team of Revenue function
Experience of Call centre
Should know Kanada Language

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the team to meet and exceed Sales Targets
Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and customer needs
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and metrics.
Maintain the Conversion Ratios in Sales Matrix i.e. Lead to Deal and Deal to Won Agent wise etc.
Maintain Agent Wise revenue Pipeline.
