Bitwise Global Solution is hiring for Java Technical Lead at Pune Location.

Must-Have Skills

7 to 9 years of experience in Java development, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership or technical lead role.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and related Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate). Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience in design and implementation of Java-based applications at scale. Solid understanding of databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and version control tools (Git, SVN). Solid experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, and integration testing. Expertise in application performance optimization and tuning. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scaling. Experience with containers (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.

Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular for full-stack development. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and practices.

Exposure to modern development practices like DevOps, TDD (Test Driven Development), and BDD (Behavior Driven Development).

Exposure to Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of performance tuning and caching strategies (e.g., Redis, Ehcache).
